By far the easiest, most efficent way to contact us in most circumstances is by email.  We're very diligent about answering email.  Most often, you should receive a response within 24 hours.  Additionally, we'll have a record of our arrangements to which we can always refer.  It's handy.  Just send a message to either of the following:

They're filed into the same inbox on our end, so we'll see one just as quickly as another.

Just keep in mind that we have a lot going on sometimes and try to keep some semblance of a personal life outside of office hours.  If you choose to contact us by phone, you might catch us in the middle of something that really is an emergency (eg. somebody's on fire), so if you can route your communications through the appropriate channels to begin with, we can really help you out a lot better.
