"Which hotel do you recommend?" For those who like hotels, we always recommend the Princess Copacabana, and the Atlantico Copacabana. Both are very nice, new hotels, with modern rooms, and charge no additional fees for guests. The Princess is closer to the heart of Copacabana, while the Atlantico is more toward the Leme end of Copacabana, but both are just a few short blocks from the beach, and very close to the subway. The Atlantico is probably a bit less expensive. So if you're looking for a hotel, those are always two solid, reliable choices. (We have chosen to honor the very stately Copacabana Palace above. It's a Rio landmark.)
